This note applies only to individual sessions or projects that have been separately arranged and confirmed in writing.

Before a session

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, contact us as early as possible. Available alternatives depend on the existing preparation, delivery format and agreed notice period.

Confirmed work

Fees, cancellation conditions and any refund arrangement are set out in the applicable written confirmation. The Zupirexano website does not accept payments directly.

External material

Where specific material is offered through another platform, its particular purchase terms apply there. This site does not complete a purchase.
